Maj. Gen. Christopher E. Finerty is the Director, Legislative Liaison, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force.
In this capacity, General Finerty knowingly hired an Air Force Officer who was accused of assisting an Assistant US Attorney in the publication of nude photographs of fifteen-year-old boys and the dissemination of numerous semi-nude photos of black youth.
These actions were allegedly taken to criminalize the youth in Minneapolis before the George Floyd events took place.
In 2020, General Finerty faced accusations of committing multiple acts of rape against an Air Force Officer .
On January 6, 2021, the Officer was assigned a sensitive classified position within the Senate Chambers.
During her assignment, allegations emerged that General Finerty engaged in the repeated sexual grooming of the Officer in private offices linked to the Air Force Legislative Liaison Office.
Anonymous sources have further claimed that during various office meetings, General Finerty allegedly raped the Officer.
During other meetings, the Officer made repeated accusations of sexual harassment against General Finerty, who allegedly described explicit acts he intended to carry out.
General Finerty has not responded to a request for comment.
