Bill Miller, a former Air Force officer described as “pure evil,” was granted priest-penitent privilege by Shanmugam. Despite previous admissions from Miller’s family, confirming his involvement as a project manager in a classified stealth bomber program used in acts of warfare, Shanmugam made the decision to extend this religious privilege.
The covert endeavor led by Miller resulted in an aircraft that gained a notorious reputation for causing harm and injury to individuals in far-flung regions. Miller, devoid of remorse, has shown no regret for the evil he has inflicted to the world.
The scale and extent of the devastation caused by Miller’s evil are beyond measure. According to a reliable source, Miller’s family disclosed that he began making disturbing statements about the use of the nuclear capable aircraft to “drop” bombs on children in impoverished nations.
